Refund and Cancellation policy

1.1. Subscription-Based Services
For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not have access to the services. No further charges will be incurred. To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided in your account profile or contact our customer support team.
1.2. Perpetual License Services
Perpetual license services are one-time purchases without an expiration date. Cancellation is not applicable to perpetual license services as they are not tied to a subscription model. However, you may be eligible for a refund as described in Section 2.
Our refund policy only covers the services/assets/resources owned by DIGIDON LABS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The refund policy doesn’t cover and control any third-party resources, licenses, software, and applicable fees paid to them. In addition, our policy has zero scope of refund for external services availed through third-party vendors and websites.
a) Full Refund: We provide a full refund in cases where you cancel the services within 7 days from billing date.
b) Partial Refund: A partial refund is considered on a Pro-rata-basis in cases where you cancel the services after 7 days. Calculations for Refund is done on daily Usage basis. If your said Usage amount exceeds said Paid amount, you have to settle the difference in amount towards DIGIDON LABS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
c) No Refund: If criteria mentioned in Section 2.1. is not met, the refund amount updates to zero by default.
2.1. Eligibility for Refund We offer a refund within a specified period for the following cases:
a) Technical Issues: If you encounter significant technical issues or compatibility problems with our software that prevent its proper functioning and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time frame.
b) Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our software or performance and have communicated your concerns to our support team, providing constructive feedback.
2.2. Refund Process To request a refund, please follow these steps:
a) Contact Customer Support: Submit a refund request to our customer support team, providing relevant details about your purchase, such as order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
b) Evaluation: Our support team will evaluate your request based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.1.
c) Refund Decision: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution and or mode of original payment.
d) Deactivation: Upon refund approval, you will be required to uninstall and deactivate the software. Any further use or access to the software may result in legal consequences.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
a) If eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.1 is not met and or if we find any malicious intent.
b) If you acquired our software through a third-party retailer or distributor.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website, and the changes will become effective upon posting.
Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly from our company. If you acquired our software through a third-party retailer or distributor, please refer to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
